Draft at Rootz, Den Haag. Pours a black colour with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, mocha, hops. Flavour is roasty, more coffee, with a good bitterness in the aftertaste. Great Black IPA with Stout-ish tendencies...

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nice Lambic funk in the nose. Aroma of barnyard funk, lemony. Flavour is medium sour. Unfortunately, I did not pick up much from the IPA, besides some slight bitterness in the aftertaste. That being said, this is a very nice Lambic.

Cloudy amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malts, citrus, yeast, hops. Flavour is very citrussy, a bit sourish, with moderate to medium bitterness in the aftertaste. Didn’t enjoy this one much.

Had aged for 5 years. Aroma of malts, tropical fruits, aromatic hops. Flavour is malty and hoppy with a nice bitterness in the aftertaste.

Aroma of pale malt, hay, grass, light fruit, spicy yeast, hops. Flavour is grassy and yeasty, with a light bitter finish. Palate is a bit thin and watery. Not a success.
