Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh mineraly, soda powder, juniper berries, sorrel, citrus peel, minerals, grass, fruit salt, coriander. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, soda powder, fruit salt, citrus acid, sorrel, juniper berries, grass, fruit stones, coriander, salt. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle@yesprs - Brown pour with beige head. Sweet and smoked toasted malty aroma and taste, some caramel, some fudge, earthy notes, slight charred smoked malty notes into the finish.

75cl bottle. Pours cloudy deep amber with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity. Sweet, toasted malty and light fruity. Light toasted and slight caramelish. Sweet and toasted finish.
