Sampled from the tap at the Bridge. Pours a hazy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grass with a bit of straw and light fruit as well as a hint of earthy Belgian yeast. Flavor has grass and sweet grains with and underlying earthy Belgian yeast.

Bottle bought @ Bierkompass.de. Pours very hazy yellow with a huge frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is subtle with wheat crackers, lemon juice, white pepper corns, minerals, hay, dry soil and hints of rubber. Taste is slightly bitter and slightly phenolic with wheat crackers, lemon zest, pear skins, hay, dry soil, orange zest, white pepper corns and minerals. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is tiny bitter and slightly phenolic with crackers, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, pear skins, ginger, white pepper corns and hay. Solid drinkable saison...

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma has some funk, fruity hops and yeasty esters. Flavor is nice with some more funk, lemon zest and a rich creamy malt. Finish is bubblegum sweet with a bit of pineapple like fruit left on the tongue. This is a fine sasion, maybe a slight thick for the style but the hops, malt and yeast all come together to make a fine beer.
