Description
Trillium Brewing Company was founded by JC and Esther Tetreault, a young dumb couple in love, planning their wedding and dreaming about how they would spend their lives together. The desire to build a brewery was about more than just making beer, it was about creating a way of life and building a community with which to share experiences. A beer geek and botany nerd, JC chose the trillium flower to represent what we strive to bring to our beer and our lives: beauty, strength, simplicity, and balance. We operate a brewery and taproom in Canton, MA as well as a full service restaurant and brewery in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. We also operate seasonal pop-up beer gardens around the city of Boston under the Trillium Garden project.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a two finger white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: peaches, necatarines, citrusy hoppy tones, sweet grassy hop spice, clean piney hop undertones, super clean malts
Flavor: fully bittersweet combination of those prior noted aromas; finishes citrusy bright and some piney hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, clean and so smooth along the tongue
Overall: a wonderful NEIPA I would love to have again.

Smaak is bitterig. Medium body. Lange, vrij bittere finish. Lekker, maar niet spectaculair.

CBJ Tasting. Opaque cola brown. Foamy beige head. Aroma combines fruit and nuts. Flavourwise it somehow combines fruit and dark dough and vinous edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Yo.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to LKS. Near clear brown beer, decent bubbly pale tan head. Airy dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a little creamy sweetness, caramel and modest ripe fruits that may have of had a brief flirtation with a bourbon barrel. Light and semi dry finish. It's fine.
