Sweetish, slightly roasty with some vanilla, aged coffee, hints of chocolate, cocoa and earthiness. Okay, but perhaps past its prime

The number 9 New England/Hazy IPA on Brewver! Draft at Uno Chicago Grill in Hamilton. Murky tan color. Creamy white cap. Floral hop aroma hints at citrus and pine. Flavor is fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, mango, orange pith and pine. Soft mouthfeel. Juicy notes. Some peppery notes in finish. Delicious!

Aromas were very pleasant fresh hoppy citrus with malt. Flavors were similar to nose and well-balanced with just right bitter, sweet and carbonation. Satisfying.

16oz can pours a dark cola brown with some Grey, clumpy white head. Nose has malt and smoke, toast, black strap molasses. Straight forward and well done, malty, chewy, carob, molasses, some rootbeer. Not too sweet. Medium full bodied. Nice.

A4 draught, 9/6/25.
Clear, honey-blonde. White head steadily to ring.
Interesting stuff. Dense herbage with bright fresh grass and fresh herbs. Sweaty pine and wood, with no resin or acidity, on the end. White bread-like malt is pretty big, per the series. Clean.
Biscuit, cracker, bread. Bursts of sweetness but very attenuated with a woody, gooseberry and unripe stone fruit character that doesn't work well with the heavy dryness. Thankfully the very low acidity helps mitigate this, but it still needs more softness/sweetness from somewhere.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, in the garden, 6th September 2025. Pours an orange lightly hazy ale. Aroma is floral, pith, resin. Taste is floral, subtle, citrus, light pine. So easy to drink, well made
