Description
Trillium Brewing Company was founded by JC and Esther Tetreault, a young dumb couple in love, planning their wedding and dreaming about how they would spend their lives together. The desire to build a brewery was about more than just making beer, it was about creating a way of life and building a community with which to share experiences. A beer geek and botany nerd, JC chose the trillium flower to represent what we strive to bring to our beer and our lives: beauty, strength, simplicity, and balance. We operate a brewery and taproom in Canton, MA as well as a full service restaurant and brewery in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. We also operate seasonal pop-up beer gardens around the city of Boston under the Trillium Garden project.

On tap at Clark Street Ale House. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has straw and light hay with a mineral note coming through. Flavor has straw and a growing mineral note with a bit of hay underlying.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: pine, citrusy hop tones meld with pineapple and melon
Flavor: blended all the prior mentioned aromas bittersweetly and added in a little bit of peach; mild aftertaste of peach, pine, pineapple and melon
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, smooth melon/peachy, pineapple and piney finish
Overall: a very good DIPA well worthy of returning to.

Dark brown colour and small brown head. Coffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. This is coffee overload with toasted malts, light hops. Simple but tasty.

16 oz. can. Pours a murky, orange color, with a fair, foamy, white head. The nose is peach, lemongrass, heavy rose water, and light passion fruit. Not too sweet, musty, with a smooth, bold bitterness. Medium to heavy body, dusty, and sticky. Assertive, wonderfully aromatic, and balanced.

Aromas are citrus pit and malt with hints of resin and MJ. Flavors are similar to nose and lean just slightly sweet. Good body and carbonation is a bit soft. Good beer.
