Rich grains show honey and biscuit with an earthiness and good minerality, yeast, etc..Low hopping helped not to emphasize yeast and grain. But not non-existent. Lemon and earthy herb complement nicely.
Zesty herb, earthy mineral and rustic bread with a bit of toast on the clean, zesty, crisp finish. Pretty wild how good Trillium's lagers consistently are.

A Brewver Top 50 for the style. 16 ounce can from Lower Merion Beverage in Ardmore, PA. Murky yellow gold pour is topped by a finger-high frothy white head. Aromas of pineapple, lemon curd and ripe pears. Zesty malt flavor upfront. Dryish notes of pear sorbet, white grapes, kiwi fruit and clover. Soft and smooth. Very quaffable.

Black with a thin, deep beige head. hefty notes of dry coffee grounds, burnt coffee, sweet roasted malts, chocolate, earthy, vanilla, and some caramel. Full, slick body that has a bonus carbonation bite at the very end of the sip. Finish is long with sweet malty notes and coffee grounds. A nice beer for sure but the sweetness conflicts with the dry coffee a bit much creating a disjointed beer.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Reddish plummy brown colour, afew bubbles on top and rich aroma of ripe blackcurrants, grapes, malt, caramel, raisins, barrel notes. Taste is tart, very sour, berry fruity, red wine, citrus rind, wood barrel, oak, funky with some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity sour citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to glop surface. Mango, caramel and passion fruit aromas. Crisp with hot grapefruit and tangerine pith and peel front to back. Lasting grapefruit pulp finish.

16 ounce can from Hamilton Super BuyRite. Hazy yellow gold pour. Rocky white head. Fragrant aromas of citrus, passion fruit and peach. First sip brings notes of zesty orange, dank pine and bittersweet grapefruit. Soft mouthfeel. Hints of pineapple and lemon pith on backend. Very nice.
