Description
Tiny Rebel was founded in Newport in 2012 by brothers-in-law Bradley Cummings and Gareth Williams. Williams had learned to homebrew with his grandfather, and introduced his brother-in-law to the hobby. After brewing in Cumming's father's garage for a number of years, the pair decided to make their hobby their profession. They rented an industrial unit in the Maesglas area of the city.

The company opened their £2.6million brewery and bar in Rogerstone on 1 July 2017.

On tap at the Black Heart, Camden. Light haze on this gold beer. Little white head. Smooth palate, softish with a modicum of super fine carbonation. Mild nettles, tangerines and pith hop flavours. Underneath a little creamy malt. Nice juicy finish, smooth and semi dry. Easy drinking.

Cask at CPK, London. Pours clear, red-gold with a fine, white foam head. Dry pine and toasty malts on the nose, some light berries. Light to medium sweet flavor, some piney bitterness, toasty malts, grass, ripe berries. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly resinous hops in the finish, rich and toasty malts and juicy pine. Great balance. Very tasty. Somewhat similar to the Urban IPA, which isn’t a bad thing. Good beer.

Very nice and fruity. I would swear this was citra hops, but was told it isn’t.

Bottle shared at The Kernel, London thanks to Thomas. Pours brown with a creamy, beige foam head. Dry and chalky cocoa character, moderately. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drinks like a lower ABV beer than it is. Dry finish with lots of dusty cocoa. Not bad.
