Bottle at the factory. Actually this was a glass from one of those swapsie things that go off in here. Cheers. Pretty hazy straw lemon gold. Slim ring of dense white foam. Nose has semi sweet white grape. Bit of yer lemon verbena vibe. Clean smell, if that’s a thing. Taste is also very clean. Lemony sharpness. Pretty dry overall. Drinks great. Lean clean finish. Nice one.

Taste is fairly sweet first with some herbal bitterness. Light dry with some tartness. Drinks fair overall. Some tannins on the finish. Nice tick.

Bottle at the factory. Light haze on a pale to medium gold. Decent white foam fully covers and lasts. Looks well. Nose is particularly perfumed. Tea leaf, obviously. Some kind of tobacco leaf affair. Bit leathery. Bit fusty. Not entirely pleasant, according to the missus! It is a little vegetal. Taste is a little dry with some acidity. Decent finish though with a touch of leafy bitterness. Nice tick.

Bottle at the Loon Factory. Fine haze on a medium orange gold. Slim lasting dense white head. Nose has chalky mineral. Ripened lemon and to a lesser degree, orange. Wine barrels are discreet but still evident. Some sweet red grape. Long time since I had an Amarone wine but this is reminiscent. Taste is light dry, light tart and pithy bitter. Clean and refreshing. Barely any acidity. Juicy finish. Nice.

Didn’t realise this was a tick. On tap at Two Thirds on Zwanze day. Deep clear dark red. Sturdy foam stays the course. Lots of jammy red grape. Red wine oak. Some tannins even. Taste is juicy and grapey in a light bitter tannic kind of way. Easy drinking with a touch of acidity. Juicy red wine drying finish.

Could be the right beer. Who knows. Very light haze on a pale gold. Really good swede. Bubbly lasting and leggy. Nose has sweet funky sweaty leathery grape. Taste is sweet tart and lightly bitter. Nice bright palate. Clean fruity finish. Solid gear. Loads of grape.

Bottle. Cafe Bebo, Brussels. Huge lump of Gouda with green mustard as an accompaniment. Hazed deep orange gold. Very decent just off white foam is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has sweet citrus. Gingerbread malts. Bit of dank. Bit peppery. Bit odd, to be honest. Not bad, just odd. Taste is pretty sweet with a candied peel thing. Some skunky skanky bitterness. Definitely feels the full 7%. Bittersweet finish. Glad I ticked this brewery off but on the strength of this I’d not rush back. Looks boss though, especially with the matching glassware.

Bottle down the Loon Factory. Mostly clear chestnut brown. Loose bubbles of pale beige foam that stay the course admirably. Nose has Turkish coffee. Fig. Raisins. Iodine. Cognac soaked wood. Liquorice. Some oxidation. Taste is a little sweet with some tartness and dryness. Bitterness too possibly from the oak. Easy drinking overall with little acidity. Tart and quite juicy on the finish. Nicely complex but not hard work.
