Draft @ Ale House in Amesbury, MA. Pint glass shows me a mostly clear dark brown with lasting white head. Nose is English malts and a hint of hops. Taste has plenty of English malt, light toffee and just the right hop to balance the sweetness. At 4.3 ABV this is truly a tasty session brew. A nice brew to have with dinner.

A hazed copper barley wine with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, a beautiful mix of figs, dark fruits, musty and nice. In mouth, a nice sweet malt with orange pulp, vinous malt, light signs of oxidation, interesting. On tap at Ginger Man NYC, Sept 21, 2012.

Tap at an almost completely empty Gingerman except me and my thoughts. Pours amber with small head and nose of dark fruits. Tastes of pleasant cough syrup, plums, bready, some hops. I do pick up quite a bit of booze but overall I enjoyed it

Bottle in NYC. Pours a slightly hazy, dull yellow with a small, white foam head. Aroma is lovely, all fresh lemongrass and coriander. Medium sweet flavor with tasty, doughy malts, lemon, yeast, dough, some very mild herbal bitterness, touches of lime and orange. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Sweet crisp finish, all doughy malts, lemon grass, mild bitterness, juicy lemon citrus. Easily one of the best witbiers I can remember drinking.

On tap at the Ginger Man, July 2012. Black with a small tan head. Nice aroma and taste of chocolate, roasted malt, some licorice. Long aftertaste. I liked this one.

A deep dark stout with a very thin brown head. In aroma, a smooth sweet chocolate milk with light vanilla notes, light molasses. In mouth, a smooth sweet chocolate with light coffee bitterness, grassy, a tad light bodied in mouth, but well done. On tap at R&H, June 30, 2012.

Draft at Gingerman. Pours caramel brown. Nose/taste of sweet toffee, mixed fruits malt, grains and bread. Taste is similar - on the bready side. Medium body. Alcohol well hidden.
