Golden ale with a thin white head. Nice floral hops in aroma with nice caramel malts. Good lightly sweet malt with notes of lemon and honey and good residual honey hops. Medium bodied. On tap at Clark’s Ale House, Summer 2005.

On tap at Capital Ale House - Downtown on 02/03/2009. Clear copper body with ruby highlights. Sweet caramel and rum-soaked fruit aroma. Sweet caramel and rum soaked fruit flavor with a dry bitter finish. Medium full body with moderately low carbonation. 7/4/8/3/15 - 3.7 01/01/2006: Thin white fully diminishing head on an amber body. Mild hops and malt aroma with notes of butterscotch. Sweet caramel flavor. 7/3/8/3/14 - 3.5

Light golden with a nice white head. Strong aroma of hops and lemon. Very fresh, dry and balanced flavour. The citrus stays through the aftertaste.

Bottle. Ruby red colour. Off-white fast disappearing head. Sweet spicy aroma, with some fruitiness. Flavor is spicy, cinnamon and cloves. Some hints of alcohol too and a malty spicy aftertaste. A nice christmas beer.

Bottled. Dark amber/ruby colour, small beige head. Spice, quite sweet aroma with some fruitish hints. Flavour is of clowe, sweet alcohol, spices and some hayish dryness. Aftertaste mainly spicy. Alco some chocolateish notes can be found in flavour and aftertaste.

Ruby red, small tan head, mostly dissappering, some lace. Spicey aroma of clove and malty roasted notes. Malty, clearly Christmasy spicey - clove in the flavor too. Bready, balanced Christmas beer.

Bottle. Slight sweet malty aroma, with a nice sweet roasted malt flavor with a hint of caramel. One of the better Oktoberfest beers I tried this past fall.

Dark black color with a rather smoky aroma. Creamy off-white head and a chocolate and coffee flavor with a bit of smoke

slightly hazy golden colour. Long lasting white head. Hoppy aroma and also a little malty. Flavour is crsip floral hoppy with a maltyness. Not like a good german pilsener, but drinkable.

Bottle. A pecan syrup malt aroma. Dark opaque brown with small head. Flavor a mixture of sweet malt and hops - nicely blended but weak - on the watery side. A bit of a let-down in the taste department.
