15-04-19 // tap. 50ml taster at the brewpub. very bright golden. White head. Brauhaussüffigkeit in nose and taste. Grainy sweetness. Very mild hoppy. IPA? Not in my definition. I am not even sure this is topfermented. Could be a slightly hopped Helles. Mild bitter finish. Not bad though.

Draught at Brewpub. Hazy gold with a full head. Aroma of soapy apricot. Flavour is overripe fruit, dry bitter, a little metal, bitter hop finish.

Draught at Brewpub. Caramel amber with a full head. Aroma of sweetish caramel fruit. Flavour is bitter fruit, malted bread, a little soapy on a sweet malt base.
