A hazy blonde ale with a thin white head. Aroma of lemongrass, cloves and light coriander, creamy and smooth. In mouth, a pleasant wit with cloves, italian herbs, coriander, surprisingly good, medium bodied.

On Tap @ Sunset Grill. Pours a motor oil color with a light brown head. Aroma is very faint chocolate, malt, spruce tips, and a touch of pumpkin. After I let it sit for about 15 minutes before drinking. Flavor is Chocolate, spruce, touch of pumpkin, spices, a little smokiness. I get no bitterness at all. Body is thinner than expected for an imperial stout, but this is still good, even though it is not what I expected from a Imperial Stout. I really like my Impy stouts to be thicker and creamer then this one.

Pours black into a Sam glass. Tan head with nice retention recedes to coat surface. Thin spice and cocoa upfront turning to spruce in the lasting finish.

Dark beer with a dark head. Spicy aroma, roasted malts, slight coffee, light biscuit with a touch of pumpkin. Flavor is similar to the aroma. The spice in the flavor is not pumpkin pie like just a bunch of cinnamon and nutmeg. Real nice beer.
