Can to tulip.
Appearance: chill haze to dark yellow to burnt copper color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hops with floral hops and a light sweet orangey hop note in the middle then some light clean biscuity-like malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes bittersweet with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also nothing really there distracting; low-ish carb level with some low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: works mostly as an IPA but Rock Art says it's a "NEIPA" so therefore the numbers will reflect to style.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-dark copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace and left some light lace
Aroma: orangey to lemony to slight mixed citrusy tones with some tea and herbal & earthy notes and a huge biscuity to slightly caramel-like malty backbone
Flavor: definitely leads with the malty tones and bitter hoppiness then some slight tea notes; finishes malty, tea-like, bitter hops and dry
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also some stickiness - nothing cloying - just noticeable; the carb seemed fine
Overall: not a bad DIPA, but it's definitely an old school DIPA.

This is formerly their "blackberry Gose."
Reviewed from notes.
Can to stange.
Appearance: thick/cloudy red/pink color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: blackberry sweet and tart character; sweet wheat, slight lemon and a touch of freshly cut grass
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart quality and adds in a touch of sour and some salt tones; finishes somewhat salty, blackberry-ish and a slight wheaty sweet sort of character
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; subtle smoothness with some tart and sour tones gripping the tongue a bit but nothing excessive
Overall: I think I can see the "gose qualities" in this beer which I say is good compared to the rest of the American brewers who overly fruit them. I would return to this.

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
Appearance: bronzed yellow to golden color with a small cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated nicely but barely left any lace
Aroma: grapefruity to floral to piney and a touch of orangey hop tones; light clean biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes about the same with a light dry note
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: not a bad IPA, maybe again.

Can to mug.
Appearance: clear burnt orange to copper color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: soft bready tones with a clean caramel/toffee to semi-nutty tone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet malty quality; finishes very malty
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue but a touch of something grainy nicking the tongue; good carb level
Overall: not a bad attempt of a Hellerbock by an American brewer but I bet this might be better if they cleaned up some of that graininess in the feel.

Can to mug.
Appearance: amber color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which settled off a big quicker than I thought - no lace
Aroma: tons of chammomille; some apple to floral sweetness and a touch of earthy to tea-like whiffs
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a variety of different sweet features; finishes very tea-like and that chammomille
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good tea-like smoothness; the carb seemed fine
Overall: good for what it was, I think I could come back to this.

Bottle to snifter. Bottle acquired 11/25/2017 and consumed on 12/30/2017.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a thin cap of a little khaki foamy head which dissipated into oblivion and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: sweet to dark chocolate notes with some bourbon barrel spicy notes; adds in a little bit of sweet vanilla and a light caramel note as the beer warmed
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a variety of different sweet aspects; finishes chocolatey with some bourbon sweet and spiciness
Texture: medium bodied; good sipper; slight smoothness but also some spicy nicks to the tongue - not too overbearing; good carb level
Overall: part of me thinks I could have sat a bit longer on this bottle. But not a bad attempt of a bourbon barrel aged impy stout.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: thick hazy dark yellow to orange color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemony to piney to grapefruity hop notes blended pretty nicely; clean malty underneath
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet quality; finishes bittersweet with some grapefruity rind notes
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of hop bitterness assertiveness - nothing overbearing
Overall: I'd say it's on it's way for the most part and I think I could come back to this just for fun.

Had this when it was Stump Jumper Gnarly Stout but also had it again with the name change as "Starry Night Stout."
Can of "Starry Night Stout" to mug.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a finger's worth of off-white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick and left slight lace
Aroma: tons of roast and coffee notes. dark chocolate and mellow ashy notes
Flavor: pretty much the same as the aromas - roasty and slightly ashy sweet; finishes very dry and roasty
Texture: medium bodied; between being a sipper and being sessionable; some smoothness but plenty of dryness gripping the tongue; good carb level
Overall: if you like dry stouts then this one is for you, definitely one of the dry-est "Irish dry stouts" on the market. I'll have to remember this one for St. Paddy's Day next year.
