Draft/Fest. A- Smoke, meat, booze. A- Copper color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Meat, smoke, char, wood, booze. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish. O- Tasted just like their Smokehouse Barleywine which was basically all smoke. Not a bad thing but a bit much if you plan to drink very much of it. The only difference was this was a lot boozier. Who doesn't like the taste of bourbon soaked cigar? Actually really good.

Draft/Fest. A- Coconut, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Coconut, cocoa. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Sort of like an almond joy candy bar. Lots of coconut and chocolate. Not sure I get any barrel aging though and really wish I did.

Bottle. A- Smoke, savory, tobacco. A- Dark copper color, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Smoke, char, umami, mild tobacco, wood. P - Full body, average texture, average carbonation, smokey finish. O- Is this a barleywine or a smoked beer? Holy smokes this reminds me of an old wooden barn that burned down. Really enjoyed it but if I was supposed to get any flavor out of this it was well masked by the overwhelming smoke. Surprisingly good. Millstream always seems to impress me more than I give them credit for.

Rich deep dark brown coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall light brown head. Aroma of raspberries, cream, lactose, milk, roasted malt and a touch of grain on the finish. Medium to Full-bodied; Strong roasted malt flavours with perhaps more lactose and cream than anything else with some deep roasted flavours along with caramel, some light anise and licorice and good oat and robust malt flavours. Aftertaste shows a lot of raspberries and fruitiness on the end with a good deal of oatmeal, some grain and lactose with a little alcohol noticeable, but more of the raspberries and especially the grain and oats more than anything else. Overall, a relatively well-balanced beer with some moderate raspberry notes, but a lot of lactose and cream notes hitting with some minor coffee flavours at the tail end and a smooth malty bite. I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased yesterday on 05-February-2018 for US$1,67 at BeerTopia in Omaha, Nebraska, sampled in my hotel room here in Omaha, Nebraska on 06-February-2018.

12 oz. bottle. Thanks, Stacy! Pours a clear, dark, bronze color, with a big, foamy, off-white head that leaves thick lacing. The aroma is pine sap, anise, wet grass, and rye. Sweet and malty, with a smooth, pleasant bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky, oily, and fairly clean. This is a solid, simple, and nicely balanced IPA.

From old tasting notes. Amber orange hue with lots of small bubbles leading to a fuzzy beige head. Pleasant floral hop aroma with a perfumy sweetness. Mildly sweet toasted malt flavor. Slightly biting finish has a nice hoppy character. Decent.
