Draft: Poured a hazy orange with an off white colored head. Aroma was a nice blend of hops and malts. Taste was soft hops and nice smooth drinkable malts, very fresh with well hidden alcohol. This beer will go magnificently with pizza as its very well suited.

Sampled from the tap at FOBAB 2012. Pours a hazy pale gold with a large white head that lasts throughout the year. Aroma is very funk forward with barnyard and horse blanket with underlying sour lemon. Flavor is also very funk forward but the sourness comes through with a hint of lemon and backing wood.

Draft: Poured a hazy orange yellow with white head. Aroma is very funky barnyard, everything I love from traditional Belgian style saison. Taste has a slight sourness from the yeast with citrus fruit, spiciness from rye and hops. The finish seems dry, but refreshing.
