33cl bottle before the International Beer Exchange in De Bierboom on 9th June 2023. Slight haze in the golden body, off-white crown. Herbal nose and taste with Coriander to the fore, fairly sweet too.

Klar bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hopfig, malzig, fruchtig mit Mango und Grapefruit, etwas Koriander. Mittlere Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle 33cl. from a local AH supermarket @home poured into a tasting glass. Clear medium golden colour, good moussy white head, half way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, tea, light citrus, pear, herbal notes, coriander, yeast, Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, tea, pear, pineapple, yeast, herbal notes, bit alcohol. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, some astringency, tea leaves, alcohol notes, not my thing, okay.

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is fruitig zoet en vrij sterk met iets van banaan, wat koriander en sinaasappel. Heel goede tripel.

Pours unclear blonde, small to no white head. Scent is intense on banana, buckwheat(?), wheat. Taste is very full, intense on wheat, banana, typically BE style, higher CO2 ( champagne style beer... ) decent but not great. Still, better than expected as expectations from me were pretty low. Swet, but sems a bit dryer in the aftertaste than expected, due to the high carbonation.

Pale blond colour with light haze from the yeast. Has a fairly yeasty taste. A little bit of citrus, maybe coriander. Sweetish.

Bottled (from De Biertonne). Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is floral, some spicy, mild fruits to it as well. Flavour is rather bananaish, yeasty, some citrus, floral tones with a subtle earthiness too. Nicely yeasty though. Been a while since I had a properly yeasty Belgobeer.
