Haandbryggeriet currently has 10 employees all participating in developing new ground breaking beers and recipes.
The brewery has a wide selection ranging from classic and traditional beers to new and innovative brews and hybrid beer styles. Sometimes brewed with local and Nordic ingredients such as cherries, sea buckthorn, raspberries, and lingonberries. Haandbryggeriet has since 2005 also made high quality sours and barrel aged beers such as porters and Christmas beers.

An orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet ans slightly flowery, intertwined with light notes of caramel. The flavor is very simple - with some hops as well as some grassy notes, and a dry end. Not enough hops to make my day - it is British in its IPA interpretation.

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of yeast, and alcohol. The flavor is very spicy and yeasty and with a dry end.

Hazy brown, small tanned head. Smokey weizen nose. Crisp, citrusy, roasted and wheaty. Balanced example of this style. for such a new brewery, very clean brew.

Pale hazy yellow, very small head. Dry leather and lemon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrusy blond ale with some sweetness on the background.

Hazy muddy brown, small tanned head. Strong aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Cold coffee and roast in the otherwise quite plain and thin body. Chocolaty aftertaste.
