Bottle at KØ07. Sweet liquorice aroma with a hint of butter. Black colour, very small brown head. The flavour is very roasted with some coffee and a little sourness which balances the flavour nicely. Late coffee aftertaste.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours an almost opaque, black with an orange hue and a creamy, light brown head. Roasted, lightly vinous aroma with notes of dried fruit. Full body with sweetish, roasted malt, dried fruit and a lightly burned edge. Some vanilla in there too. Quite lovely. 240507

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, warm amber golden - no head at all. Lightly smoked nose. Medium body with a fairly high carbonation and notes of burned caramel and smoke. Dry and very hoppy finish - perhaps the juniper also adds to the bitterness. 130507

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a completely opaque black with a beige head. Roasted, burned aroma. Fairly full body with lightly vinous accents, some burned malts leave a high degree of malt astringency. 130507

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fresh, citrusy aroma. Fairly light in body with a subdued caramel malt base before the citrusy hoppiness takes over also leaving a solid bitterness. A decent APA. 130507

Dark color, initially large brown head. Aroma of strong licorice, some dried fruit like prune, raisin, some chocolat and roasted malt. Thick body, bit too much carbonation. Salty on the tongue. Bitter taste, licorice. Bitter and sticky palate.
