Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Near black with firm brown head. Sweet and caramelly with burnt popcorn, sticky choclate and some syrup. Quite malty, but the mouthfeel is a bit mellow. Notes of tar in a salty, lightly resiny finish.

Bottled (batch #60, brygget Dec 2006)
Almost opaque black color, creamy firm tan head. Wheat, some chocolate, roasted malty aroma, same kind of yeasty aroma than in Nogne O -beers (same yeast?). Full bodied. Roasted malty, very light notes of banana, not very hoppy beer - soft, coffeish, a bit fruity. Enjoyable, doesn’t feel like 8.5 %.

Beautiful hazy amber color with red shades; creamy head. Peculiar aroma, that can be found sometimes in the Nordic, a bit perfumy, grassy, or flowers from a grassfield…. The flavor is also a bit original; it’s has an elegant malt line, with a flower touch, maybe honey. Correct bitterness. Right.

500ml bottle. Hazy red/brown body with a nice beige head. Aroma of malt, yeast, citrus and hops. Flavor is rather sweet malty with fruit, citrus and a quite bitter finish. Very harmonic and tasteful with a long and pleasant aftertaste. (Mr. Smith really sucks!)
