(Bottle) Pours clear coppery brown with small white head. Subtle pleasant aroma of toffee malt. Light body, good carbonation. Nice taste, although rather understated (or am I drinking this too cold?) - good toffee malt with some nice gentle bitterness at finish. Pleasant enough beer.

375ml bottle into shaker. Mild sweet malt nose. Copper coloured beer with fluffy white head. Light steady carbonation. Full bodied, light zing. Subtle malt taste followed by distant fruit and bitter hops. Late finish is smoky caramel. Everything is subdued and understated, just as a good bitter should be. Excellent beer.

375ml bottle at the July 2016 Shrewsbury Bottle Share meeting: cheers Mat. Bright, clean and clear golden body with a fast fading white head. Corn led aroma and taste, but not all bad, as it tasted OK, if a little on the sweet side.

330ml bottle from Discount Supermarket, Cardiff. Pours clear gold, white head. Sweetcorn / syrup aroma. Taste isn’t actually that bad, nicely balanced with a mild sweetness, low bitterness and no off-flavours. Would have again.

Haven’t had one of these since college down under back around turn of century and since pale lagers go well with Indian food ordered. Norma golden colored. Nose is faint hops and light grains. Tastes of grains, hint of piney hops, touch of malt. No off flavors and refreshing enough for what it is.

330ml can into glass. ’Made in Vietnam from local and imported ingredients’! Aroma of cardboard and stale malt. Crystal clear amber beer with two finger white head that laces. Light carbonation. Tastes like tinny flat water. Finish is two-day-old bubblegum wrapped in tinfoil. The horror! The horror! Avoid at all costs.
