Draft @ Tilquin taproom, merci Pierre.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022-2023 vintage; bb 01/02/2033). Lightly hazed orange with small white head. Nice soft funk with underlying grape skins, nice balance of sharp yet easy drinking, some feint manure notes on the nose.

A hazed rosey Gueuze with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, horseblanket, Epsom salts, very nice and rich.

Bottle @ SKAAL Sønderborg, shared by Henrik. Pours murky orangeish with small off-white head. Clear aroma of Lambic yeast, with dusty and fruity notes. Dry flavour of wild yeast, with rough and dusty botes amd touches of malt and berries. Dry aftertaste with dusty touches. Decent.

Can from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear pale yellow - gold with a dissipating fizzy white head. The aroma is damp hay, cereal, biscuit, oatcake, zingy, tangy, emon peel, gooseberry, white currant, white grape, touch of white wine vinegar and damp oak. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, puckering, dry oak, bright acidity, slightly chalky/some minerality, zingy citrus, sherbet, fizzy cola bottles, hint of lactic acidity, gooseberry, white wine, muted funk and hay with a bone dry finale. Average body and moderate, fizzy carbonation. Doesn't have the depth of the oude gueuze, but it's very enjoyable nonetheless. Moreish.
