Tap @ Furusatomatsuri (18.01.2019). Pours bright golden and not much foam. Nose feels like junmai ginjo, booze and some fruity rice character. Taste is maybe more acidic, some malty tartness but overall super dry and yes, tastes like a sake actually. Maybe a tad bit of more bitterness but feels like acidic daiginjo. Which basically means this is quite tasty and enjoyable. Short and dry finish.

Tap @ Furusatomatsuri (18.01.2019). Heard a few good things about this, so going to try it. Yellowish golden, lightly cloudy. relatively clear for the style. Nose just jumps at you with juice-dripping hop character. Fresh and deliciously tropical. Tastes juicy, good NE character. Balanced with bitterness although would benefit from some lupulin dust tingle. Now feels a bit sweet overall - but definitely not bad. Dry herbal and oily bitterness lingering in the finish. Nom-nom.

Tap @ Furusatomatsuri (18.01.2018). Dark golden pour, not much foam. Malty sweetish nose. Taste is also slick, malty and a bit sweet. Feels fortified and not that much character there, just heavy and higher abv lager. Kind of traditional romantic village character for me, not that I like it, not great but otherwise also nothing wrong with this.

Tap at iBrew Akihabara. Clear golden orange (supposed to be NE!). Stone fruit, honey, rich malt in the nose. Too sweet, peaches, roanges, honey. Under-attenuated, it seems. syrupy.

dull amber color. light smokiness, fairly clean palate, but smoke doesn't have amazing depth. OK. Rated late January 2019 and six weeks later this jumps from 3.3 to 3.5 as depth improved with a lots more smoked cheese.

Tap at Bakuon 2018 as F-Fusion. This is a barley wine fermented with ginjo sake yeast. golden color like a regular lager. Nose is a slightly muddled ginjo sake: spicy, pepper, cedar, apple, pear. Flavor is just like a low-strength ginjo, rather spicy and fruity and I can't believe there is no rice in here. A super interesting hybrid fusion beer--just needs to be a little cleaner.
