33cl. Smooth mild lactic smooth cinnamon beginning. Like liquid milk rice with hints of hops in the back. Floral fresh, very nice smooth mild, ideal mix of milk and cinnamon. Not too sweetish, fantastic balanced, great!

Draught Good tan head over black beer. Resin, I Badedas /I, spruce². Chocolate in the taste, but with spruce, resin and nutty additions. Terribly perfumey, nutty. Well bodied, lots of alcoholburn and resin, not only in taste but also in the feel. Special as in 'interesting'.

Draught Tenacious white rim over clear yellow beer, appearing as white wine for all the world. Leafy, flowery, herbal nose, delicate. Somewhere faintly smoked too. Salty, mineral impression - DMS? Thai or other exotic spices (as for shrimp). Not at all very vinous, straw, hay. Light body, soft carbonation, not much aftertaste. Weird beer. Certainly not enough of the grape.

30/XI/19 - sample @ Day 2 of Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2125) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: lots of fake vanilla, alcohol, caramel, dark burnt caramel, not very convincing. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots and lots of fake vanilla (like the TicTac outside flavour). Dark caramel, flan caramel, bit artificial. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, malty, grains, hoppy touch, fake vanilla, dark caramel. Not a fan of that fake vanilla flavouring... At least I hope it's fake. Would be such a shame if using real vanilla beans gives you this result...
