On cask at Main Street, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is very gentle, with toasted malt and not much else. Flavour is much the same, with toasted malt, a hint of cocoa, and a dry earthy finish. Clean and decently constructed but pretty boring.

On tap at Main Street, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt (more roasted than a typical dark lager) and crusty bready malt. Flavour has a dry, roasty malt base, with light earthiness, some toasted bread crusts, and basically no residual sugars on the end. Well-balanced, clean, dry, and bold for the style. Good stuff.

On tap at Main Street, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has fresh, clean grassy hops, light herbaceous notes, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is nicely biting and bitter, with grassy hops, some spiciness thats more typical of a Czech pils, and a crisp crackery malt base. Well-hopped, biting and bitter finish. Very good.

5oz pour at brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is pretty much non-existant. Flavour has damp straw. This tastes like a suicide note.

5oz cask pour at brewery. Pours opaque dark brown with beige head. Aroma has toasty malts, some coconut. Flavour has toasted malts, gentle coconut. Simple, but good roast incorporated with some tropical notes. Pretty solid tropical stout.

On cask at The Cascade Room, pours a hazy dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has lots of spicy rye and bready malt. Flavour has some odd tartness, with light spicy rye and bready malt. Get rid of that tartness. It's okay.

Hazy, with a thin head. Pale, soft body. This has a nice sweet pale malt. Well made; I'd like more hop expression but it's well made.

Pale and bright. Just a thin head on this. It's got some brettanomyces, and kiwi on the palate, as one would expect.
