Can at Prince Charles Cinema, nr Leicester Square. Aroma is slightly resinous, malty, citrusy. Clear amber. Frothy foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Resin and citrus. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough.

Aroma of sour fruits, sour citrus. Flavour is the same, just lots of sour fruits. Very refreshing, but a bit straightforward and definitely more Sour than Saison.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Roast upfront with coffee, dark chocolate, piney hop, notes of orange, pine. Long roasty and bitter finish. Yum good BIPA, firm roast. A fuller body would have put this in the upper echelon.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è discreto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è lunga. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cereali, pane tostato, agrumi e frutta passita.

La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè e liquirizia.
