Autumn Brew Review 2015. Gold color. Crisp and clean. Yeast in the aroma, and a quick sour bite and then it is done. Not sour enough, and probably too sweet for a lambic style, but for a simple, refreshing sour, it is good.

Autumn Brew Review 2015. This beer is extremely sweet, tons of sugar and alcohol. There is bourbon and it is prominent in the flavor and aroma. Cloying near the end. I find the bourbon compliments this beer rather than dominates it, and that is a rare thing for me.

At all pints north. Black. Pepper is strong in the flavor and aroma, bit it does not add very much heat, and thst is fine. Heavy roast. Good.

I have wanted to try this for a while but never thought I could, just b/c Fitgers is in the middle of nowhere. Then, for some reason, PrufRock happens to have this bottle. He shared it at a tasting. Bottle 103/204, not sure what year. Small head. Orange gold color body. Lightly acidic, breezy grapefruit. Some jammy fruit. Lightly tart&drying;. Not sweet.

Tap at Tycoon in Duluth. Dry hops and malt aroma. Some bread dough, crisp, dry hops. Stays dry through the finish. Better than most of its style.

Sold as "Farmhouse Saison." On tap at Tycoons, Duluth. Copper color. Lots of coriander and black pepper. This is dry, and even drier in the finish. I also pick up some lemongrass, but i do not think there is actually any in this beer.

Winterfest 2015. Light earthiness in the aroma, which I attribute to the yeast. Low carbonation, some bitterness from the hops and the brett really dries this out.
