Bottle sampled at my buddys BA tasting. From notes. Aroma of bourbon, dark fermented fruit and chocolate. Taste is bourbon, vanilla, dark fruits and some coffee. Long finish with some heat on the back end. Absolutely awesome.

Cask at Fitgers. Really nails it for a cask IPA. Hazy orange tan body, glass lacing foamy head. Clean, soft, delicate...but still manages some massive hops tones. Pleasant cask experience. $4.50 for a ten ounce pour.

Burgundy-amber-brown body. Brutal peat smoke alcohol aroma. Lots of peat smoke, an odd creation. The peat is just overwhelming and dominates. Almost a dry coffee bitterness. Not that good. Brutal.

Filtered orange-tan. Nice dry strong hop mouthfeel. A solid US IPA, above par. Full bodied and bittter, the filtration really lets the hops shine.

Unfiltered. Steady foamy white head. Insipid body, big artificial apricot taste and aroma. Too sweet, lacks balance. A taster is plenty.

Filtered tan-orange body. Steady thin white head. Warming alcohol tones amongst a creamy golden malt backbone. Respectably hopped. Not my favorite style...the high ABV Pale Ale that is. OK.

Tap at Fitgers. Filtered pale yellow body. Steady oily head. inoffensive, sort of watery, but leagues better than BMC, and better than most house "light" offerings. Flowery, peppery noble hops. Like a light Cream Ale at times.

Tap at Fitgers. Smooth, rich brown ale, with some nice underlying resiny bitterness. Well balanced, a touch more malt depth than I would’ve expected. Nutty, creamy. Very well done.
