$1.25 can, kinda nasty-looking, crusted over with something, from Beer Run. Pours very pale golden with a white head. Aroma of corn chips, wheat. Flavor is corn, dry wheat, airplane glue. It’s actually not horrible. Is it good? No, but it’s drinkable.

Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a huge creamy orange-white head tha lingered and left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy citrus and a bit of artificial grape. The flavor was bitter and tangy with artificial grape and a bit of yeast. Medium length finish. Light body. Bland.

From old tasting notes. The cheapest beer I ever drank. Cost about $4.75 for a case of 16 ounce returnable bottles. Poured a clear pale gold color. Small bubbly white head. Malty sour crab apple aroma. Tangy light malt flavor is quite lacking. No hops to speak of. A cheap beer that promises nothing and delivers just that.

From old tasting notes. Pale yellow gold color. Light grainy malt nose. Faint tart Apple taste. Sour grainy finish. Watery and cheap. Back in the 1970’s, you could buy a case of 16 ounce returnables for under $5.00.
