Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, floral notes, subtle fruity notes. Taste: Malty, subtle floral and fruity notes. Some stone fruit, citrus fruit and banana. Light spicy hints. Moderate sweetness, very light bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Easy drinkable, refreshing summer beer.

On tap at Sergio’s. Pours a clear amber with a lot of visible carbonation with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a light herbal and vegetal note with some grains and light licorice coming through. Flavor has light sweet grains and a strong herbal note with a touch of flora coming through.

75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Licht mistig, goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Ruikt en smaakt als een doorsnee witbier, tarwe, wat sinaasappelschil en korianderzaad, licht bloemig en zoetig van de vlierbloesem, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. OK, had op meer vlierbloesemsmaak gehoopt.

Pours bright, clear gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Band aid, lemon and funk aromas. Soft with band aid, horse blanket and mildly tart lemon pith front to back. Medium length band aid funk finish. Nice funky Fantome.

75cl fles van Etre Gourmet. Amberbruine kleur, beige kraag. Donker fruit, zoetzuur, fruitzuur, karwijzaad, vrij kruidig, ruikt als een mix tussen een quad en een zurig bokbier, smaak blijft toch wat achter en is vrij dun met vooral het karwijzaad en het gistige zuurtje. Redelijk bitter ook. Ik heb nog een paar Fantoompjes staan, maar ben er wel klaar mee merk ik, het is het allemaal net niet (meer).
