Sour mashh bready nose. Golden, no head, particles floating around. Hayish thin malt body, some notes of apple and a hint bitterhop in the finish. Not awfull, but not terrribly exiting either.

Krugel. Pale gold color and a finely made white head. Clean malty aroma. The flavor is sweet without much hop bitterness or finish. Not much going on here.

An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grain and oranges. The flat, sweet, and malty, which makes it boring. Not a bad beer, just boring.

A hazy orange beer with a fine head. The aroma is strong of wheat and rather sweet. The flavor is very wheaty and hence a little sour. A boring hefeweizen.

I became a little nervous about this one after the pour. It was cloudy, but the cloudiness was unusually clear for a hefeweizen (clear hefeweizens have a nasty habit of being stale) and the head was large, but far short of the usual tall creamy head this style of beer usually produces. The aroma was much better than what I expected to find from the looks of it, as it had a nice caramel and banana nose. The flavor was rich and creamy and was every bit what it should have been. Creamy, smooth, and filling with a nice wheat bite in the finish. It had a poor start is all, not a bad Hefeweizen considering these types of beers don’t usually travel well or last long after bottling. Mine too had the same picture but was labeled Bavarian-Weissbier.

Deep copper color with a creamy white head. Weak yeasty, malty aroma with a hint of maple. The body is thin, with a flavor reminiscent of a watery brown ale. On the sweet side in the after taste with no showing of hops anywhere. Not a bad beer, but a little different.
