Aroma of strawberry, funky notes, sugar, hint of tart fruit. Flavour is heavy sugary sweet and light tart. Too sweet and sugary for my taste.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'amarena. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è rosato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, ciliegia, sambuco, frumento e agrumi.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sweet and tart raspberry and raspberry candy with a slight lactic touch. Flavour is sugary sweet and mild sourish. Body is light. Too sweet and sugary for my taste, but could have been a lot worse, it actually has some refreshing mild sourness.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is sugar, artificial peach, candy. Sugary sweet flavour with a little sourness. Light to medium body. Very artificial and sugary, like soda, what a waste of Lambic.

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is tart red fruits, sour cherry, wood, barnyard funk, with a hefty touch of vinegar. Flavour is intensely puckering sour with a hint of sweetness and a dry finish. Body is medium. An intensely sour Oude Kriek that lacks some balance and refined complexity compared to the ’cream of the crop’ Kriekenlambiek.

Аромат очень питкого ламбика, немного кориандра, есть какие нибудь нотки цитруса, пшеницы немного. Цвет бледно желтый, пенка небольшая, крупные пузыри. Вкус весьма питкий, сена почти нету, есть нотки зерна пшеничного, немного цитрусов и все это смочено в кориандре. Пьется приятно, с легкой кислинкой в конце. Нормас.

Мой первый пивас на London craft festival 2024. Аромат кислый, даже очень, почти лимонный. Вкус тоже кислый, много лимона и цедры и мало сена и коровника. Но все рано неплохой ламбик.
