Black pour, big mocha head. Light pine resin aroma, with a copious amount of roasted malt, and some coffee. Medium. Bitterness, not sure there is enough hop presence to make this a black ipa and not a hoppy American porter, but it’s still quite well done, and one of the better beers from this brewery that I’ve tried.

650ml bottle from the brewery,
Dark gold pour, small white head. Pungent grassy hop aroma mixed with some light nuttiness, and quite a bit of caramel malts. This is like a mix of a session ipa, english pale ale and a mild. Very drinakble and quite pleasant, but i would like a little more hops, and less caramel malts.

650ml bottle from the brewery. Labeled as belgian blonde, but as 4.9%.
Dark, hazy copper pour, small beige off white head. Aroma of sweet malts, fruity, yeasty esters, and some what taste like wheat malts, carb is quite soft, mouth feel is a little thick, finish is fruity, with a thick maltys finish. Tatses like a belgian wit/belgian ale hybrid.

650ml bomber via savvy hip hops. Golden pour, small white head. No way is this an APA. Bready malts, grassy hops. Taste of a typical ontario pale ale. Some grassy, very light hops, with bready cereals. Its not terrible, but. Ery sessionable, but frankly, boring,

Big smoky aroma with a strong caramel sweetness. The peat over powers and dominates the beer. A strong whisky atoma and flavour with a very earthy woody finish. Not really a scotch ale to typical style. Interesting and pleasant, but not something i would go looking for, might fit better into the smoked category.

Black but not opaque, small beige head. Good roasty aroma, subtle cocoa. Light mouthfeel, and a solid carb. Medium bitterness, light chocolate, solid roast. Decent.

Cloudy amber, small off white head.
Upfront british hops, light cereals, and some subtle pine. Very low bitterness, the hop characters disapear, and leave slme caramel malts. Pretty underwhelming for an ipa.

Sweet bready malts, light grains, light grassy hops. Good carb, solid mouthfeel. More grassy hops in the finish with a slight bitter kick with a smooth cereal kicker.

Amber pour, small white head. Solid cereals, grassy hops, light caramels, and toffee. Solid mouthfeel, a tad low on the carb. Finish is a toich too sweet, but the bitterness kicks in and helps to balance it out.
