A deep dark ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with candy sugar, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom, strawberry jam, very nice. Bottle from brewery.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm cap that is pretty big, lasts a long time and leaves creamy-bubbly lacing. Grassy nose with mild sourness over fresh hops all-around. Not as hoppy as an IPA, hence being an APA, but with the same nicely blended grassiness and cilantro notes. Very easy to drink and with a mildly dry mouthfeel. A Pale Ale bigger bitterness lingers. Very nice.
