Very hazy golden coloured body with a creamy off-white glow and a nice, single centimetre tall off-white head that caps the beer nicely for a long time. Aroma of very strong creamy and fruit notes with a Dole Pineapple Whip scent immediately that shows the vanilla, lactose and especially Pineapple notes with a hint of malt towards the end, but a clean, oaty and wheatie malt. Medium-bodied; Rich creamy lactose and vanilla flavour shows at first with a good malt backbone for support with a sweet flavour and some pie notes along with a graham cracker pungency in the malt, but a lot of body and a good deal of pineapple at the tail end. Aftertaste shows more of the vanilla and lactose notes than anything, with a great body and richness, but the sugars are right behind, not at a cloying level, but definitely sweet and supportive of the tart pineapple and kettle soured notes which are definitely present, but not at the level of the others. Overall, a very nice, rich and elegant beer that has great vanilla and pineapple notes with a good malt backbone with a nice sweetness throughout that somehow gets a tart finish in, but the flavours all meld together nicely and have a good balance throughout. Great to sample and a great beer overall, very highly recommended, should you be able to find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from White Whale Craft Ales in Savannah, Georgia for US$6,00 on 31-December-2021, canned on 13-September-2021 and sampled in my hotel room here in New York, New York on 22-November-2022 while here for Thanksgiving Eve with my family.

Thick brown color with sweet, syrupy aroma. Tan head. Taste is alcohol burn, sweet over ripe dark fruit, some hop bitterness, fades to a syrupy sweet aftertaste. Alcohol bite.
