Keg at the brewery taproom, 01/02/16. Golden amber with a decent beige cap. Nose is caramel malt, straw, bread dough, light citric notes. Taste is caramel malt forward, orange peel, straw, toasted grain. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with subtle hop bitterness. Low end APA.

Draft a the brewpub. Clear golden. Yellow coloured pour with a small white froth. Aroma is decent dank lemon citrus. Pale grains. Flavour is composed of weed, tangy lemon, dank hop, semi sweet pale grains. Palate is semi sweet, tangy. Moderate carbonation. Good IPA.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white head. Lots of yeast and wheat bread in the nose, with touches of caramel too. Medium sweet flavour, sugary, with doughy wheat bread, bubblegum, caramelised sugars. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sugary wheat on the finish, more caramel and dark sugars. Novel stuff. One of the better offerings from this brewery.

Draft at Sonoma Springs. Nose is vanilla, bourbon, and a red wine note, like they aged part in red wine barrels. Hazy light brown with a medium lightly lacing beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet, with lots of Barrel character, mostly bourbon but with the hint of wine.
