Description
Andreas Gänstaller used to hire the name, building and installation of Beck-Bräu in Trabelsdorf. Since December 2010 he has brewed in Schnaid under his own name. Beers and recipes taken to the new brewery are moved here. Since then his beer sometimes appears under the Drei Kronen name from 2010-2013 when Gänstaller Bräu had the Zoiglstube in Strassgeich as a tap.

On tap. RBESG Rome 2010. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Fat Bamberg smoke in the nose. Only a medium body yet with a distinct base of caramel and roasted malts and again a shitload of fat and greasy smoke accents. Not overly bitter finish. 040610

Draught at Festival der Bierkulturen, Köln: Golden, hazy, greenish-grainy nose with a solid hoppy background; solid bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; lingering hoppy and light sweet pale-malty finish.
