Bottle: Poured a pale yellow ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with nice floral undertones and light juicy notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops notes with some floral undertones and juicy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well executed pale ale with just the right amount of hosp flavors.

Bottle: Poured a pink color ale with a spritzy bubbly head with limited retention and some minor lacing notes. Taste is a mix of funky ester notes with some vinous notes, some camerise and sour and oak notes. Taste is also a complex mix of sour notes with some camerise and sour and oak notes with some light residual honey notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Complex braggot with some nice flavors.

Cueillette 2022. Pinkish-red, slight haze. No head. Big bright raspberry on the nose. Very tart, lots of raspberry. It finishes with just a little sharpness.

Apr 03, 2026 (8/4/8/4/15=3.9): Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 12-07-19; bb 12-02-20). Hazy amber orange with minimal white head. Wood, raspberry juice, light wild tartness, decent. Prefer the previous 1 year old version, but still enjoy. Making the rating an average overall.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large frothy white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some huge floral hops undertones. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some great floral hops undertones notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Great NEIPA with great restraint and balance.

On tap at Birreria Volo. Pours clear pale yellow with thin white head. Aroma has strong barnyard funk. Flavour has barnyard funk, bugs, and grainy malts. Dry wood throughout. Phenomenal dry grisette.

My first from this beloved Quebec brewery. Very tasty! A bit sour but not in the American acidic saison fashion, but more Franco-Belgian although it doesn't have the same dryness. A free and lovely interpretation. 2024.
