Bottle @ Øllets Dag 2024, Sønderborg. Pours clear orange with little to no head. Clear aroma of wild yeast, with touches of elderberry and citrus. Dry, sour flavour of yeast, with dusty notes and malty touches. Dusty and malty aftertaste. Warming alcohol presence. Decent.

Bottle. Citric, fruity, acidic and funky aroma. Hazy golden colour. Almost no head. The flavour is dry and teaish. Much more like tradition lambiek than the modern sours you usually get. Dry, woody finish.

This is delightful. I think Tokaj grapes are mostly white but this tastes a lot like orange wine (hence the name). Exactly my kind of IGA! Collab with a winemaker near where I visited in western Slovenia, on the border of Italy. 😋

Keg at Astral Beer Pube, Bologna, 25/03/23. Deep mahogany brown with a lasting beige head. Nose is tangy fruit rinds, dark malts, bretty pangs, modest funk. Taste comprises cocoa powder, light acidic bimble, charr, dried fruits, figs, raisins, bretted notes, damp oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent ... good bretted balance.
