Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oak, sour, wood, berries, barrel, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration, sour - tart, oak - wood, barrel, berries, grapes, caramel - sweet malt, light vinegar, vinous. Mörkt brunröd med medelstort skum. Syrlig doft av vinäger, ekfat och lime. Syrlig smak av vinäger med inslag av ekfat, plommon, russin och grapefrukt.

Have rated the 3-year BA, but this one is almost as good. Pours a clear to slightly hazy yellow, no head. Aroma is fruity and herbal, juniper, rosemary, acidic. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, nice balanced acidity, malty, juniper and light raspberry, rosemary. Lovely.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma is red wine, some wood, mild tart berries and funk. Flavour is red wine, some wood, berries, funk and some vinegar with mild spiciness and herbs. Smooth. Brutal.
