Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange, fairly opaque, with no foam. Aroma is nicely funky, oxidated and bretted, plus white grapes. Body is average, with practically no carbonation. Taste is medium sour, with some final astringency.

On tap at astral beers. This is a nice in-between from the pov of the rossa and Bianca. Full-bodied, rich and fruity, lovely grape notes, nice musky and earthy notes, sweetish. Lovely, still not as nice imho as the Bianca but excellent.

Bottle. Pours clear dark gold to pink, basically no head. Aroma is Sambuco, sweet and floral, light acidity. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, salty and lightly acidic. Very fruity and floral, very nice.

Bottle at ca' del brado. Pours a deep red with some foamy head. Interesting to have this after the la malpolon event! Aroma is earthy, balsamic vinegar, earthy and some red fruits/berries. Medium body. Flavour is sweet and sour, very earthy with some pronounced berry notes. Very interesting. The red fruit note is especially lovely.

Bottle at the ca' del brado brewpub. Aroma is very balanced smoked wheat malt, light acidity. Medium body. Flavour is malty, smokey but balanced, neither overly smokey nor acidic. Light earthy hops. Nice! I thought I didn't like the style, but this is nice.

Had many iterations of this, this one now on tap at the ca' del brado brewpub. This one is slightly different from other versions with a slightly musky note. But the cherries and the acidity are particularly prominent and it's very smooth. Lovely as always in any case.

On tap at il Punto. Pours a hazy brown with a small head. Aroma is rich, vinous, acidic. Medium body. Flavour is rich, sweet and sour, lovely acidity, balsamic vinegar, vinous. Lovely.

Tap at Il Birraiuolo, Napoli, Italy. Pours a beautiful reddish brown, scarcely transparent, with almost no foam. Aroma is malty, very delicately acetic, a little cherry. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is markedly sour, with some sweetness too. Final is very wide, rich, but not particularly long.
