On tap at So Good in Rome-Italy. Cloudy yellow color with a medium irregular white foam leaving crazy sediments on the glass while lowering. Nose: so much floral, Yasmin, Brett a bit, cellar. Fantastic. Mouthfeel: gose approach, wild finish a bit salty.

On tap @So Good (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di bretta, cuoio, pelle, fiori bianchi, gelsomino, frutta gialla. In bocca è acidula, tart, leggermente sapida, con attacco appena dolciastro. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Birra splendida, bravissimi.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery, I think. Somewhere in Bologna, anyway. Hazed, pale gold. Big old foam of white head, that settles to a lacing, leggy affair. Nose has wet oak. Rotten wood. Cheesy brett. Apricot stone and flesh. Apricot jam. Taste is tart and juicy. Moderate dryness. Light sourness. Juicy on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Tart, juicy apricot to finish.

Bottle. Color: Very slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Moderate sour, brett. Taste: Moderate to medium sour, bit vinuous, tart fruity notes of white grape skin, apple, berries. Moderate sweet and hopbitter. Clear funky notes of Brett. Grain. Some oak. Peppery hints. Dry mouthfeel. Pretty complex. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice beer.
