I Draught /I Good dense yellow head over hazy yellow-orangey beer. Pure Brett nose, including floormop, barnyard, horseblanket. Sour floormop, some lactic, dried (root-)spices. Dry, but still hints at some restsugars, strange for a Brett beer. Very Brett, which inevitable makes it always a tad lean.

Dzikuski mocne, owocowosc, przyprawowosc, srednia kwasnosc... chlakne... smakuje jakby bylomsolidnie nachmielone o dzieo. Cacy mocno piwerko. Miniapteka w dzikusach?

Cheers, Alex! Hazy, blonde. Thin head. Light brett aroma, light lemon and maybe coriander. Soft, fruity, bretty, and a bit of pale malt. It’s not bad, has a light brett accent, and a bit of yeastiness.

I Draught /I Small white head over faintly hazy orange beer. Very gueuzy nose, horseblanket, wet (horse) straw, lemon, sweet woodruff. Flavour is sweet woodruff², sweetish-sour. Phenomenal, if the woodruff isn't added effectively. Sweet & sour in perfect balance, mild horsblanket, barnyard. Not very vinous, however. Tittilatin MF, light to medium bodied. (wheat?)slick. Est! Est!! Est!!!

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Hazed, pale gold. Ring of dense, shiny, white head. Nose has sweaty, leathery, pissy, bretty funk. Rotten wood. Morning after white wine dregs. Taste is a little sweet, but mostly it’s tart, dry, and vinous bitter. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. A little oily. Lingering, light, funky tart finish. Typically good.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast, followed by oak, rustic saison yeast, and champagne notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, wild yeast, and some rustic saison yeast. Rustic, wild and oaky. Very good.

The bottle is a gusher; cloudy blond colour. Funky aroma. Highly carbonated mouthfeel; strong and nice yeast character, a bit funky, definitively astringent, with a touch of sweet orange peel.
