On tap at Bir&Fud in Rome. Juicy apricot skin pour, medium foam. Yellow/peach skin pour cloudy, medium white foam. Nose: funky yellow pulp fruit aroma, rosemary far away. Mouth: tart, short body straight forward, fresh herbal overall. Again...good! Extremely tart

Keg at Moeder. A light hazed yellow golden coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is nice peach yogurt, apricot, some woody fruit. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apricot nectarine, mellow yogurt funk, ripe juicy peach.. Palate is quite sweet, moderate carbonation.

[ As Ca' del Brado Piè Veloce Brux Cascade ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, brett, oak, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, tart, dry, oak, brett, pale malt, fruity malt, funky. Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 09/12/18. Hazed golden with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tarte peach, citric zest, straw, damp wood, apricot notes. Taste comprises peach yoghurt, tangy peach melba, straw, light wood must, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced acidity. Solid well balanced sour.

On tap @Open Baladin (Rome). Dorata carica, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di bretta, cuoio, stalla, limone, carattere vinoso spiccato, leggero balsamico. In bocca è strepitosa, vinosa, succosa, piena, tart, secca nel finale, pulita. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Che birra! Complimenti vivissimi!
