Bierbrouwerij de Roos Anno 1877
Microbrewery in Hilvarenbeek, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands 🇳🇱
Established in 1997

Prima tripel!

Bottle, Wings of Freedom Ale (alias), for Aircraft event Wings of Freedom in Ede (August 2019). Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, notes of yeast. Taste: Malty, sweetish, yeasty notes. Moderate bitterness. Some oxidation, cardboard at finish. Below medium body, rather thin, average carbonation. Boring. Mwah.

Orange color, creamy head. Orange and yeast aroma and flavor. Sweet, with hints of milk chocolate. Drinkable, but you can tell it is brewed by volunteers without very much brewing practice.

Orange and yeasty aroma. Very yeasty flavor with a hint of licorice. Some milk chocolate and orange. Disappointing beer, amateuristically brewed.
