750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, ripe stone fruit, spice, funk. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, juicy appley, peachy notes, fleshy fruity, with caramel, funk, wood and spicy earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tart & tannic finish. Well balanced, very drinkable.

Taste is tangy, tart, mellow appley, with cinnamon spiced, apple pie hints, warm booze, and some vanilla, wood barrel, oaky, tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

375ml can from Carwyn Cellars. Hazed yellow gold colour, short-lives fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruit, apple, fleshy. Taste is sweet, appley, juicy & fruity, with some light citric acidity and just a hint of earthy tannin. Medium bodied, high carbonation, medium appley acidic finish. Quite drinkable, easy drinking cider.

Clear amber with a fast escaping white head.
Nose is apple skins, vinous, booze tunes, brandy nip, tangy fruit esters.
Taste comprises bitter apples, mellow brandy nip, tannins, herb, vinous, earthy apple skin, orchard floor.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a kick of booze.
Big and punchy, fun enough, if a little on the raw side.
