Bottle. Was mine mislabeled? Because mine didn’t pour red at all, more like a cloudy yellow. w/mild fizzy head. I can taste the rice and the sourness.

Bottled from whole foods bowery. This one is rather unusual, I don’t even know where to begin. Poured brownish with visible sediments. Taste was somewhat gingery and buttery, and a sake taste? Clean finish, sort of like a pale ale w/o hops bite? I don’t even know. But liked it.

Bottle - first impression is that you’re drinking Lemon Pledge. No aftertaste, so it grows on you a bit.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of citrus and light malts. Flavour of citrus, malts and spicy and herbal bittering hops, fairly bitter aftertaste.

330ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. Glad to find this one again to re-review it six years later. Shame that the price has doubled due to sanctions imposed on Russia and imposed by Russia against Japan. Pours clear gold with a small foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, pale malt. Taste is light sweet, citrusy hops, malt. Light to medium bitter finish. Light bodied. This would make an excellent summer beer if it wasn’t for the high price.

Old rating from 2012 - 330ml bottle, pours caramel colour with a white creamy head. Aromas & tastes of oatmeal, lemon, honey, hints of spice & malt. Medium body. Crisp grainy finish.

Реально необычное и интересное пиво. Если бы я не пробовал Сяке то не понял бы прикола. Уже в аромате реально ощущаешь те самые нотки помацаного риса как в Сяке. На вкусе тоже самое, плюс солод сам, возможно немного карамели и травянистости. Интересно.
