Description

Hazy light yellow with a huge creamy head. Wheat aroma with orange and coriander. Taste is sweet with a sour and bitter finish. Better than most Belgian wits.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Clear light brown with a small tan head. Smoky malty aroma. Taste is light and sweet with a very delicate smoke touch. Not a shocking or groundbreaking beer but satisfying nonetheless.

Bottle sampled at Winterbier festival Gouda. Clear amber with cream colored head. Light caramel, a touch of citrus, chalky, dried fruit skins, sour berries. I don’t get that much wheat here. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry feel.

Bottle at home, from ABCbeers. Pours black with thin creamy head. Dry non-sweet roasted malts, laurel, licorice. Light sweet taste with emphasised finish, light sour note in there aswell. Body is between thin and medium, a bit watery, with below average carbo. The laurel aroma comes out really well.
