Hazy yellow, huge white head. Light pale cereals, lemon zest, hints it mint in the finish. Super light bodies, crisp and clean. Very dry finish. Very very light. Not much going on past the hints of flavour in the nose. A little too light for my taste.

Boxed, wax dipped, 500ml bottle from the lcbo. Murky, dark brown pour, with a small beige head. Aroma is loaded with dark spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, plums figs, burnt brown sugar, and some acidic woody barrel, and bourbon notes. Mouth feel is thin, and the carb is very soft. The finish is fruity, but there is a strong flemish red/ red wine vinegar flavour that is a bit off putting. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. It really brings out the tannins from the bourbon barrel and totally throws off the sweet balance of the beer.

On Tap at Spacecraft in Sudbury Ontario. Pours a clear copper, with a tiny white head. Aroma smacks of vinegar, and oak. Light fruit, but just an attack of lactic acid on the senses. Notes of flemish red, with light fruit, and huge balsamic vinegar, and white vinegar notes. This cant be what they were going for.
