A nice overall gose. Some nice savory salty notes, nice sour wheat flavour and Aroma. Some lactic sourness, lively carb, good mouth feel. Citra hops are very hard to find though.subtle hints if grapefruit but they are fleeting.

Cloudy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is incredibly fruity. Lots of tropical fruit, solid, but yet soft lactic tartness, and some stone fruit. Hints of yeast, some light cereals, low to medium bitterness, low tartness, crisp, grassy, slightly fruity finish.

Jet black pour with a large brown head. The aroma is intense! Thick Bourbon, wood, charred malts, and burnt espresso. Thick, sticky soy, molasses, and alcohol. Thick, viscous mouth feel, soft, and velvety carb. The finish is huge, loads of Bourbon barrel notes, bordering on barrel bomb with a strong coffee, and burnt cocoa powder. This is incredibly luxurious, and decadent, but it’s very intense. At 14.5% this needs to be shar d our you’ll be down for the count after this bottle..

Black pour, big frothy beige head. Very roasty Aroma, lots of dark chocolate, and dark espresso. Silky smooth mouth feel, and a soft carb. The finish is again very roasty, hints if bitter cocoa, espresso and soy. Doesn’t drink like it’s only 4.5%. Incredibley intense flavours in such a low alcohol stout.

500ml bottle from the lcbo. Pours a hazy yellow, opaque actually, with a large white head. OK, did I get a different bottle than anyone else? There is no peach to be found in here. The base Berliner is nice, wheaty, and tart, light lemon, but no stone fruit or peach at all. Lactic notes, tart finish. Good, but not peachy.

Cloudy dark red beer, and a big pink head. Huge lactic raspberry Aroma.. Some subtle lambic aromas, some and a while lots of acidic ones. Quite a nice Berliner, raspberries are very pronounced, and the sourness really packs a punch.

Cask days 2014.
I washoping for an uber version of headstock, but was disappointed. Yeasty hops, citrus pithy bitternes, alot of orange aroma and flavour. Medium bitterness, grapefruit fruit and pith finish, good but not great. A fresh can of headstock beats this.

Quite acidic, even a little lactic. Some grassy hops, light tart cherries. Quite earthy, some light woodiness, candied fruit in the end, pleasant, but a full glass would be a bit much,

Clear golden pour, small white head. Floral citrus aroma, with hints of honey and grass. Soft carb and mouth feel. Very low bitterness, and an incredibly dry finish with almost not aftertaste. Just the slightest hint of lemon and not much else. I can see this being a gateway beer to macro drinkers.

Huge head.... Had a hard time pouring it.
Nice floral hops, some subtle herbs, and tropical fruit. some rose water notes linger in the finish with a sharp hop bitterness. Lightly yeasty, and fruity, with some nice citrus.
